Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

Do I need a card to signup?

No, you do not! You can create an account for your organization risk-free for 30 days without even providing a credit card number.

Can we switch plans?

You can switch your plan up or down at any time! If switching down, you will receive a credit of any unused time on the higher plan. Please be aware that switching down can cause data loss if you ever wanted to switch back to the higher plan.

Can we pay with a check instead of a credit card?

Yes, If you would prefer to pay by check instead of using a debit/credit card. Contact your customer support representative for details.

What happens at the end of our free trial?

At the end of the 30 day free trial, you can either change plans or cancel your account. If you require a longer free trial before committing to the Standard or Professional plans, contact your customer support representative and we'll work out a solution that will help you properly evaluate our product.

Can I cancel at anytime?

There are no contracts to sign so your organization is free to leave at any time!

Do you give a discount for 501(c)(3) non-profits?

Unfortunately we do not. Nearly 100% of our customers are non-profit organizations.
